I supported Atlassian’s global brand by defining a customer content social media marketing strategy that shaped how the team approaches customer storytelling for Atlassian’s user community.

As a Social Media Marketing Intern at Atlassian, I worked closely with the brand, design, and content teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns. My role focused on crafting customer storytelling content for LinkedIn and social platforms that matched Atlassian’s voice and resonated with both professional and technical audiences.

I’ve created close to 40 customer-focused content pieces that contributed to shaping campaign strategies, supporting product launches, and amplifying brand storytelling. This required balancing creativity with analytics, optimizing posts for engagement, and testing different formats to refine messaging.

This experience sharpened my ability to align creative storytelling with corporate strategy. It gave me firsthand insight into how global tech companies scale marketing efforts while staying authentic to their mission.
